Hot on the heels of the Zones Without People LP (Arbor), Daniel Lopatin aka Oneohtrix Point Never is back with a limited tape on Utmarken. Selections comprised of live and in-studio performances, Summer 2009 Ridge Valley Digital. Tomaso Albinoni appears on 'Adagio In G Minor Screw' courtesy of mimioware inc. Teddy Pendergrass disappears on 'Let It Go' courtesy of the industrial revolution violator and subject to severe penalties and will be prosecutedt to the full extent of the jam "Melancholy Descriptions of Simple 3D Environments" aired on Rare Frequency, WZBC Newton, Massachusetts 90.3 FM 7.23.09. "Piano Craft Guild Edit" was assembled using multiple recordings of a live performance at The Piano Craft Guild in Boston, Massachusetts on 6.2.09. Total playtime of 30 minutes. 100 copies.


SKÖNHET - THE GIRL WHO STOLE THE EIFFEL TOWER TAPE (UTMARKEN#31)
Behind a black mask, and with an uhealthy obsession for Audrey Hepburn, Skönhet blasts out thick walls of harsh noise. Uncompromising and disgusting, extremely minimalistic with no variations at all. 30 minutes. 50 copies.


DEAD LETTERS SPELL OUT DEAD WORDS - LIVE AT LAVA/PK365 TAPE (UTMARKEN#30)
Dead Letters Spell Out Dead Words is the specter that haunts Sweden's Thomas Ekelund. A graphic designer, musician, and visual artist, Ekelund brings to his body of work a dark vision of brooding isolation tempered by the hope that salvation from the garbled ether of digital and psychological pollution is possible. The A-side was recorded live at Lava, Stockholm on March 1st 2009. PK365 was originally released on Spanking Rituals in 2007. Total playtime of 80 minutes. 50 copies.


WEREWOLF JERUSALEM - THE LAST TO KNOW TAPE
Brand new A Black Veil For Lisa themed WJ recording from Richard Ramirez. Crude harsh noise walls. Recorded at Eyeball Studio, June/July 2009. 30 minutes. 50 copies. Utmarken#29.


WHITE - TEARS OF PISS TAPE
Remastered reissue of the debut tape from White, which is another sideproject from Dan Johansson (Sewer Election/Ättestupa). Sleazy electronics that reeks of cruising culture, cheap drugs and smelly, old porn rags. Originally released in a very limited amount of copies on Spanking Ritual/Harsh Head Rituals in 2007. Tears Of Piss was followed by the Tormented tape on Segerhuva last year. Playtime of 30 minutes. Both tracks repeated on the B side. 50 copies. Utmarken#28.


SANDOR RADO - KIRUNA KHYAL TAPE
Andreas Malm from Fria Konstellationen/Skeppet goes solo with Sandor Rado. Three organic drone pieces with an almost folky feel. Kiruna Khyal is scandinavian coldness at it's best and the result is 31 haunting minutes. 50 copies. Utmarken#27.


GBG ROVENTE - STORFRÄSARNA TAPE
Fistfights, Genie, Bulldozer, Fantasy, Corbucci's Island... In the middle of all that trouble again, in the middle of that trouble again, in the middle of that trouble again! Dedicated to Bud Spencer & Terence Hill. 90 minute mixtape with the best tracks from the best B & T flicks, some a bit tweaked, some just as they are. VIKING JEWS - WHEEL BITE TAPE
First proper release from Utmarkens Viking Jews, one of Gothenburgs most promising new acts for the moment. Hannes Norrvide explores the beauty of the endless summer with three droney tracks. Melancholic and very youthful stuff with sweet melodies. Warm and nostalgic. Wheel Bite has Concrete Surfing from his first tape as well as two new(er) tracks added. 24 minutes. Recorded during 2008 in preparation for the Sewer Election US tour which happened in May last year. A-side shows early signs of what would be fully executed on Bristning a little bit later, with the same organic approach. About Utmarken:

Utmarken is a new venue in Gothenburg, Sweden. Under the same roof there is a small room for shows and exhibitions, a rehearsalplace, a RTB store, a screenprint/photo-section etc. There has also been several recording sessions, film screenings and so on.
